Organic dry-rendered grass-fed/finished beef bone marrow, water, lye, organic unrefined turbinado sugar, dead sea salt.

It's marrow! For your HAIR-O!
After many inquiries from people wondering if they could use our liquid hand/dish soap as shampoo, I figured it was time to formulate something specifically for the shower.
With 40+ years of showering experience under my belt, I consider myself to be somewhat of a professional. From all of this self-cleaning expertise, I devised a list of everything a liquid shower soap should be:
- Cleansing,
- Moisturizing
- Skin-nourishing
- Natural
- Gentle (but not SO gentle that it's, well, shitty)
- And comprehensive.
Call me lazy (or less of a shower master than I claim to be), but I'm not into switching products a bunch of times depending on what part of myself I'm washing. A shampoo, and a conditioner, and a bar soap, and/or a body wash, and maybe some kind of specialty face goo? It all just amounts to more junk precariously balanced on that absurdly narrow shelf to inevitably knock over when you're attempting the eyes-closed, head-washing part of the shower routine. One-stop soaping. That's what I'm all about.
Beef Fat (both tallow and marrow) are intrinsically balanced in nature and completely compatible with human skin (we're all animals, after all). Because of this, there's no need for separate, lab-formulated frankenproducts for face and hair and body and hands like with plant-based soaps.
It was a tall order, to be sure, but that's why i'm so proud of it. Your parts will have never looked and felt healthier :-)
And, as always -
No Dyes
No Fragrances
No Chemicals
No Preservatives
(Also, if you laughed at that "marrow for your hair-o" bit, I'm laughing at you for laughing.)
I had high hopes because this doesn't have a bunch of crap in it. I have super sensitive skin and this seemed like a great idea. Idk if it's because I have hard water (can't use Castile soap w/ hard water issue) but this feels like it leaves a weird residue on me. I still tried using it and it made me very itchy. I have no idea what I could be reacting to. It also comes out very fast, so be careful. I'm sad because in theory it should be great for my skin. Did make my skin soft. Unfortunately the itching couldn't be from anything else.
My husband loves this soap! It’s our second order and we may buy the big jug next time! Thanks for creating great products without any added garbage ingredients :-)
Great stuff, only have the what is needed and so much better than crap from the store.
I really like this product. I got it mainly to use for travel - "one product to wash them all" makes for more convenient packing. The soap lathers extremely well, and just a little on a washcloth was enough for face and body. I consider this product 5/5 good.
"But dude - you only gave it four stars. What up with that?" I'm hoping this was a one-off, but the bottle that contains the shampoo leaked something awful. I took one trip and I always put things in seal-able bags to make sure the contents of my suitcase don't get wet. I lost half the product into the bag during the flight. I could see no visible fracture of the cap or bottle, and it didn't leak while standing up, but the same happened on the return trip and I basically just tossed it. Too bad, because I LOVE the soap. I'm gonna buy it again and hope the bottle issue was a fluke. If that get's fixed, I'll be back to revise this review to 5 stars in a heartbeat.
Inhave bought many natural tallow soaps and this is the nest by far. I use it daily for body and twice weekly for my curls!
