Returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt for unopened, unused products only. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and non-use is confirmed. To start a return, please email us at jklmfarm@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
